ITcontractor.co provides fractional IT services for remote teams, including but not limited to: IT setup and audits, device management, employee onboarding and offboarding, remote support, security and compliance, and SaaS management.

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements. These website terms do not replace or override any executed service agreement.

Confidentiality

Professional Liability

ITcontractor.co maintains professional liability insurance coverage. Details of coverage are available upon request and outlined in individual service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution in managing your IT systems, ITcontractor.co’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid during the three-month period preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
